Orders & cancellations
Inventory is limited and many plants are one of a kind. An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued. Please review plant details, quantity, delivery address, and weather-protection selections before paying.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact hello@amahsurbanjungleoasis.com promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to help before an order is packed or fulfilled, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Returns, refunds & live plants
Because live plants are perishable and can be affected by conditions after delivery, live-plant sales are generally final. Significant shipping-related damage may qualify for review under the Live Arrival Guarantee when reported within 24 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery with the required photographs.
When a claim qualifies, Amah’s Urban Jungle Oasis may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability. Minor cosmetic damage, normal acclimation stress, delayed package retrieval, an incorrect customer-provided address, or post-delivery care conditions are not generally covered.

Payment, prices & sales tax
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Purchases are completed on Etsy. Available payment methods and the final order total appear in Etsy checkout. Payment-card information is handled by Etsy and its payment providers and should never be sent through the contact form, email, or chatbot.
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout after the delivery or pickup location is entered. The final order screen will show merchandise, shipping, seasonal protection when required, tax, and the total before payment is submitted.

Local pickup & delivery
Available Minneapolis-area pickup or delivery options will appear at checkout or be confirmed directly. Please wait for a ready notification before traveling to a pickup location. Unclaimed orders and rescheduling requests are handled individually because plants require ongoing care.

Plant Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee
Live plants are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday. Unsafe heat, freezing temperatures, storms, holidays, or carrier conditions may require a weather hold. First-plant shipping is $13.50, plus $5 for each additional plant in the same order; required seasonal protection may cost extra.

Privacy
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, message, newsletter consent, delivery information, and order details. We use it to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, provide customer support, send requested updates, prevent fraud, and meet business or legal obligations.
Purchases and payment details are handled on Etsy rather than collected on this website. Contact and newsletter forms open an email draft; you must send that email to contact us or request updates. Service providers may receive only the information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with you, email hello@amahsurbanjungleoasis.com. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, taxes, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Website content is provided for general shopping and plant-care information. Plant appearance naturally varies, and color or scale may differ across screens. Availability, pricing, and policies may be updated as the business grows; the policy effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
Plant-care guidance is general and cannot account for every home environment. Customers are responsible for checking local agricultural restrictions and for providing safe care after delivery. Site text, branding, and original images may not be reused commercially without permission.
